Pub at Ida Noyes

The Pub has been a bastion of lively conversation and excellent craft beer, serving the University of Chicago community for decades. Located in the basement of Ida Noyes Hall, The Pub offers a full menu, board and bar games, and a wide selection of beers.

The Pub is a private club that has been operated by the Morsbach family (the same people behind the Medici) since the early 1980’s.

Patrons must be affiliated with UChicago (students, alumni, faculty, staff, and spouses are eligible for memberships). You may purchase an individual annual membership (valid from fall quarter through summer quarter) for $12 or a daily guest membership for $5 (good for one day access to the Pub, hosted by a member of the UChicago community). Please make sure you have a state ID to get in.
