Eater Chicago writes, “The new 57th Street spot gives Hyde Parkers the successful selection of Korean-Mexican mashup food that moved Seoul Taco from food truck to multi-state brand. It’s a fast-casual operation where diners choose between tacos, burritos and more, then customize their order with their meat or tofu choice and possibly add sides. It seats 40 people and targets millennials with decor that’s similar to the other locations, featuring street art, multi-colored boom boxes, and reclaimed wood tables. It also serves beer and other booze options in addition to non-alcoholic drinks.”
