Hello, glad to meet you! Welcome to Hyde Park Chicago. Our interactive map and business search page will help you find local businesses for shopping, eating and drinking, entertainment, health and beauty, sports and leisure, hospitality, and services – as well as our neighborhood landmarks. You’ll also find a full calendar of Hyde Park events and links to event websites. Come on in and take a look.
It’s easy to understand why Hyde Parkers fiercely love their little piece of the city on Chicago’s lakefront. Streets shaded by towering trees; a textbook of architectural styles; independent businesses, both new and established; an involved, diverse community of residents and a proud history of creative expression – all combining to form a passionate pull on the people who call it home. It’s unlike any other Chicago neighborhood – and this is your guide from the inside.

Grown Folks Stories at The Promontory
Thursday, March 21
