- Halibut with Wild Mushroom and Asparagus Risotto in Port Wine Reduction
- Cioppino with Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, and Lobster Tail in a Spicy White Wine Tomato Sauce
- 1 lb. Colorado Braised Lamb Shank with Idaho Mashed Potatoes in Red Wine Reduction
