USDA Prime Rib-Eye with Idaho Mashed Potatoes and Herb Garlic Butter; Cioppino with Salmon, Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, and Lobster Tail in a Spicy White Wine Tomato Sauce; and Crab Cakes with Pico de Gallo, Port Poached Onion, and Fresh Arugula Salad.
