DESCRIPTION:Solar Energy Completion Community Celebration – Augustana Lutheran Church of Hyde Park \nIn early January\, work was completed on the installation of rooftop solar panels at Augustana Lutheran Church of Hyde Park & Lutheran Campus Ministry. The system is operational and powers almost all of Augustana’s needs\, selling excess power at times into the Commonwealth Edison grid. \nWe are celebrating this major achievement in the life of our congregation by inviting civic and faith leaders\, and other members of the community\, to join us on Sunday\, April 19\, for celebratory service at 10:45 a.m.\, followed by lunch in the Fellowship Hall afterwards. All are welcome to the worship service. \nIf you are planning to join the lunch\, we ask that you RSVP to the church office\, office@augustanahydepark.org\, or 773-493-6451\, by April 15.
