Hyde Park Garden Fair – Bulb & Mum Sale – NEW LOCATION

Don’t miss the Hyde Park Garden Fair – Bulb & Mum Sale on Saturday, September 21 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

This year the sale has been relocated to Kimbark Plaza at 53rd Street and Kimbark Avenue.

The sale includes two main offerings: bulbs for colorful spring bloom and chrysanthemums for autumn color. The huge variety of bulbs is divided into four departments: Daffodils, Tulips, Crocuses & Hyacinths, and Specialty Bulbs (including alliums and irises). 

This year, we’re pleased to also offer a limited selection of native plants, being provided by some of our members from their own yards. These include plants that prefer autumn planting rather than spring, such as Green Dragon (Arisaema dracontium).

But this sale isn’t limited to just bulbs. Most years, we manage to offer a variety of house plants, especially those that are easy to care for. We also try to provide an eclectic mix of perennials that can be planted in the fall (such as anemones, peonies, irises, and grasses) and colorful autumn ornamentals such as colorful varieties of kale, cabbage, and peppers.
